YOUR ULTIMATE PAINT CORRECTION SOLUTION

Paint Correction in Kansas City, MO

Swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation professionally removed — up to 90% clarity restored with multi-stage machine polishing at our North Kansas City or Lenexa shops.

Restore Your Paint to Its Former Glory

Is your vehicle's paint looking dull, scratched, or faded? Years of automatic car washes, Kansas City sun, and winter road grit leave clear coats covered in swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation that steal your car's depth and gloss.

Paint correction is the fix. It's a multi-step machine polishing process that levels those surface defects out of the clear coat — not covers them up — revealing the smooth, glossy, showroom finish underneath. Since 2020, Joe Jimenez and the Turbo team have corrected everything from daily drivers to Teslas and show cars, using professional-grade compounds and polishes from brands like GYEON, CarPro, Meguiar's, and Griot's Garage.

Paint Correction FAQs

How much does paint correction cost in Kansas City?

Paint correction is quoted per vehicle because every paint job is different. Pricing depends on your vehicle’s size, the severity of the defects, and the level of correction — All-in-One, 1-Step, or 2-Step. We’ll assess your paint and give you a free, customized quote.

All-in-One restores roughly 40–50% clarity with a single polish-and-protect pass. 1-Step adds a dedicated cutting stage for 50–70% clarity. 2-Step is the full treatment — compound then refining polish — restoring 70–90% clarity for a near-flawless finish.

It removes defects that live in the clear coat: swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, and oxidation. Scratches deep enough to reach the paint or primer (if it catches your fingernail, it’s likely deep) can be improved but not fully removed — we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable during assessment.

Longer than a standard detail — typically the better part of a day depending on your vehicle’s size, paint condition, and correction level. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate with your quote.

We strongly recommend it. Correction restores your paint; a ceramic coating protects that result for 1–5 years with a warranty-backed, CarFax-documented application. Without protection, new swirls begin accumulating with every wash.

Corrected paint is only as good as how it’s washed afterward. We’ll show you proper wash technique, and pairing correction with ceramic coating adds hardness and slickness that dramatically slows new swirls from forming.
