Exterior Car Detailing in Kansas City, MO
Showroom shine, delivered — foam bath, clay bar decontamination, and premium wax at our North Kansas City or Lenexa shops, or right in your driveway.
Make Your Car Look Like It Just Rolled Off the Showroom Floor
Is your car's exterior looking dull and lifeless? Kansas City weather doesn't do your paint any favors — muggy summers bake on road grime, and salty, windy winters leave contamination that a drive-through wash can't touch. That's where Turbo Mobile Detailing comes in.
Since 2020, owner Joe Jimenez and the Turbo team have been transforming vehicles across the Kansas City Metro with meticulous, process-driven exterior detailing. Whether you visit one of our two shops or have our fully equipped vans come to your home, office, or gym, your paint gets the same superior treatment — with same-day service available.

Got the ozone treatment as well to take care of some lingering smoke smells from the previous owners and it worked perfectly. Looks and smells like new! Exterior Car Detailing FAQs
How much does exterior car detailing cost in Kansas City?
Our Basic Exterior Wash starts at $65 and the Premium Exterior Wash starts at $115, with pricing based on vehicle size. Motorcycles, boats, and RVs are quoted individually, and prices are adjusted for heavily soiled vehicles. Call or request a free quote for an exact price.
How long does an exterior detail take?
Most exterior details take two to four hours depending on your vehicle’s size and condition. Same-day appointments are available at both shop locations and for mobile service.
What's the difference between the Basic and Premium wash?
The Basic Wash is a quality hand wash, dry, glass, and wheel cleaning — ideal for maintained vehicles. The Premium Wash adds a foam bath, iron decontamination, clay bar treatment, chrome polishing, plastic dressing, degreased tires/rims/fender wells and door jambs, and a spray wax finish.
Do you come to me, or do I drop off my car?
Both! Our mobile vans carry their own water and power and serve the entire Kansas City Metro within a 40–50 mile radius. Or book in-shop at 4219 NE Antioch Rd, Kansas City, MO, or 8859 Long St, Lenexa, KS.
Will an exterior detail remove scratches from my paint?
An exterior detail removes contamination and adds deep gloss, but it doesn’t remove scratches or swirl marks embedded in the clear coat — that’s paint correction. Ask us about adding paint correction, and we’ll assess your paint and recommend the right option.
How often should I get my car's exterior detailed?
For Kansas City’s four-season climate — hot, muggy summers and cold, salty winters — we recommend a full exterior detail every 3–4 months, with basic washes in between. Regular detailing protects your clear coat and preserves resale value.
